Accepting the Terms and General Conditions of the Service

These Terms and General Conditions of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "TGCS") regulate the use of services of the website ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info as well as the contractual relationship between ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info and the users of the website.

Article 2. Subject Matter of the Agreement and Scope of Services

1. To consult the announcements in the database is free of charge.
2. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info provides an input form for ads, activates the advertisements placed via the input form, and enables the advertisements in the ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info databases to be retrieved via the Internet for the period of time agreed upon with the User
3. All Users can insert as many ads as they wish into ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info's databases. The use of the services provided is based on the ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info price list that applies to the use of the domain in an ongoing contractual relationship.
4. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info reserves the right to temporarily restrict the possibilities of placing and retrieving ads if this is required due to capacity limits, to server security or integrity, or in order to implement technical maintenance work.
5. In particular, technical reasons may mean that it is not temporarily possible, or possible only to a limited extent, to retrieve activated advertisements in case of unexpected system failures.
6. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info reserves the right to limit the number of data records inserted daily by one and the same User, should this be required for technical reasons, in particular for capacity reasons.

Article 3. Requirements as to the Contents and Responsibility of Ads

1. The User undertakes to only place the announcement in the section provided for that type of activity. Only advertisements in the previously predetermined categories are permitted.
2. The web user undertakes to provide complete and correct information with regard to the activity (especially concerning the date, place and price of the activity).
3. It is not permitted to advertise more than one activity per ad.
4. It is not permitted to concurrently advertise the same activity more than once in any of the categories or being placed in the database at the same time by different User.
5. The ads can be illustrated with photos. The web user undertakes to only upload photos to ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info's database that they are permitted to use without restrictions and that are not encumbered by any third party rights and in particular third party copyrights. If the User uses images from other sources, they must make this clear.
6. The published information must be correct. Misleading advertising to attract people with incorrect information is not tolerated.
7. The advertisement may not violate the laws.
8. In its wording, content, visual layout and intended purposes, the ad may not violate statutory provisions or public decency; it is not allowed to public ads that are blackmailing, pornographic or inciting to violence; the ads may not include nudity or unjustified graphic violence; the ads may not invite to participate in illegal, deceptive, malicious or discriminatory demonstrations.
9. Violation on intellectual property rights of other persons or companies is not tolerated.
10. It is not allowed to publish telephone numbers which include additional pricing and therefore  create mayor expenses to the caller.
11. In order to make it easier to the User to find additional information, it is permitted to add links to other websites (hereinafter “linked pages”). In those occasions, ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info is not responsible for the services or content published on those linked pages.  The linked pages are in no way recommended, promoted, identified or in compliance with ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info nor are the contents and manifestations on those linked pages accorded with ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info.  Specifically, ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info is not responsible for the contents of the linked pages; the User is responsible for checking and accepting the use of those linked pages.
12. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info reserves the right to suspend or delete those links that to not comply with the norms established in the present TGCS.
13. Any content or data may by deleted by ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info if it violates our  terms and conditions of service.
14. The User is the only responsible for the content of the ads. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info does not accept any responsibility related with the data, its completeness and mistakes.
15. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info does not offer any warranty that the ads are in accordance with the laws and is not responsible for the compliance of the ads with the laws.

Article 4. Database Updates, Deletion of Advertisements, Administration, Backup

Every User has the obligation to make his own security backups to be able to restore rapidly the ads in case of any loss of data.

Article 5. Intellectual property rights and usage rights

Any and all data, information, company logos, texts, programs and images of advertisements placed on the ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info website shall be subject to copyright laws. The modification, further processing and usage by third parties in media of any kind is not permitted.

Article 6. Indemnification

The web user shall release ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info from any and all claims asserted by third parties against ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info because their rights are being violated by the User's ad or by any other use of the ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info website by the User. The User shall also hereby assume the necessary costs incurred by defending the rights of ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info, including any and all legal and court fees.

Article 7. Registering and Concluding the Contract

1. Legal entities and natural persons capable of unrestrictedly entering into legal transactions may register. The person registered to represent a company must be authorized

3. As part of the registration and the ongoing contractual relationship, ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info is entitled to demand submission of documentation and information which is necessary for maintaining the contractual relationship.

5. It is not allowed to provide fraudulent information and create profiles of other persons without their written authorization; create duplicates of personal profiles; create another user account on ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info if the User account has been suspended by us; share access details with another person who enters your account or whichever other activity that may jeopardize your account.

The User is informed that in case the present TGCS are not  followed, ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info has the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the website or adopt other necessary technical measures for that purpose.

In case there is indication that the User has broken the TGCS, the rights of third parties or laws we have the right to: Delete the Ads or any other content placed on ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info; limit or restrict the publication of content by the User on ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info;  impose temporary or definitive blocks on the User  without any previous notice.

Article 9. Warranty and payments

¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info never indicates you to make a payment directly on our platform. We only provide information about events. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info in not responsible for possible difference in the prices published in the ads on our website and the final price applied by the entity that offers the product or service.

1. Nobody on behalf of ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info must ask you for your bank o payment details.
2. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info does not offer any warranty on the service announced.
3. ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info does not intermediate between the advertiser and the client. Any disagreement shall be resolved between the parties without the participation of ¿Hoy Qué Hay?.info.

Article 10. Changes or Amendments to the TGCS
